Returns and Refunds

What is your returns policy?

You can return most unused items within 14 - 30 days (depending on the manufacturer) for a full refund. See full returns policy here

Items must be in original packaging and condition. Some exclusions apply for custom or special-order items.

Cancel/Return my order?

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but we totally get that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.

That’s why we offer a 14-30-day return window (depending on the brand). If your item isn’t quite right, just let us know within the brand's return window, and we’ll take care of the rest.

To get started, simply email us at support@totalgymstore.co.uk with your order number. We'll send you all the info you need to return the item.

Return shipping is on us, no hassle. Once your return reaches our warehouse and has been checked over, we’ll confirm everything and issue your refund.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

What are your lead times?

Lead times vary depending on the product and supplier. For most in-stock items, we aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 working days, with delivery typically completed in 2–5 working days.

Larger or custom-order items may take longer, up to 7–14 working days, and estimated lead times will be shown on the product page where applicable. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately based on availability.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or text so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the UK. If you're outside this area, feel free to contact us, we may be able to accommodate certain requests.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Do the items sold on your website come with Guarantee or warranty?

Yes, absolutely. Most of the products we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which typically covers defects in materials or workmanship.
