We offer from 14 to 30 day returns policy from delivery to send it back for a refund or exchange.

Please be aware that return addresses differ depending on the supplier and product. We do not hold stock at our own premises, so returns must be sent to the correct location provided for each item.
You will have to pay a re-stocking fee of up to 15% of your order value.
Do not send any returns to our business address.
Doing so may result in delays or your return being rejected.

We know that returning an item can feel like a hassle, but we’re here to make it simple. If you need to send something back, just contact us at support@totalgymstore.co.uk to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) before sending your item back.
Once your request is received, we’ll email you an RMA number within 1-2 business days, along with return instructions. Please include the RMA number inside your package and clearly mark it on the outside, this helps us process your return quickly. Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Returns without an RMA may experience delays in processing.
We’ll schedule a courier to collect your items at a time that suits you from a safe, easily accessible ground-floor location.
What You Need to Know
- Changed your mind? No problem! We'll cover the return shipping, and we’ll process your refund once we receive the item. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Received a damaged or faulty item? Let us know within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
- Need an exchange? We’re happy to swap your item for something else of equal or greater value, just pay the difference if needed.
- Special items: Custom-made, assembled products, or hygiene-related products (like mats and gloves) can’t be returned unless faulty.

Your Right to Cancel
Under UK law, customers have the right to cancel their order before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at support@totalgymstore.co.uk with your order details as soon as possible.
If your order has already been shipped, you can still cancel within 14-30 days of receiving the goods (depending on the brand). However, you must return the items in their original condition and packaging at your own expense.
Returning Your Order
We offer a 14 to 30 day return policy depending on the manufacturer, from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or exchange, as long as it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
All parts, accessories, manuals, and tools included in the original shipment must be returned. Before sending your item back, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) by contacting us at support@totalgymstore.co.uk. Please ensure that returns are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping
If you changed your mind which we understand, and need to return an item, we will cover the shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, we’ll gladly cover all the shipping cost too.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If you would like an exchange, we can provide an alternative product of equal or greater value, subject to availability. Any price difference must be paid before we dispatch the replacement item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please do not attempt to repair or modify the item, as this may void your eligibility for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include custom or made-to-order gym equipment, items that have been assembled or used, and hygiene-related products such as mats, gloves, or resistance bands unless they are faulty.
Cancellations & Refused Deliveries
If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, we will cover any shipping cost, so no need to worry.
